How to report content that infringes copyright on TikSavr.
Important note
TikSavr does not host, store or distribute videos. We operate as a bridge between you and the source platform. Videos never touch our servers — they pass directly from the source to your device.
Therefore, if you have a copyright claim about a specific video, the proper place to report it is the source platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), not us.
When to write to us
You can contact us if:
- You want us to block a specific URL pattern (not something we generally do, but we evaluate case by case).
- You detected systematic abuse of the service for infringement.
- You're a trademark holder and believe TikSavr uses your mark in a confusing way.
How to file a claim
For us to process your claim, we need:
- Clear identification of the content or pattern being reported (URL, description).
- Your full name and contact details.
- A good faith statement that you're entitled to file the claim.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send the claim
Send it through the contact page of tiksavr.com. We'll respond within 7 business days. If the claim is valid, we'll take appropriate action.
False claims
Filing false DMCA claims can have legal consequences. Under US law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), knowingly misrepresenting a claim may make you liable for damages.
